Hello everyone!!!

My name is Kiana-Moon and I’ve always wanted to start a blog, but never quite had the idea on what to write about. Several years later, here I am taking the leap and deciding to just go for it and share my creative endeavors with the world.

Some passions and hobbies of mine include

• Crocheting
• Writing
• Reading
• Listening to music
• Dancing
• Singing
• Painting
• Learning to play the ukulele

As you can see, most of my hobbies deal with some aspect of creativity. For as long as I can remember, I have always dealt with something creative. Whether that be writing stories for my teachers to read or walking around with a book in my hand, there was always creativity flowing through my veins.

At some point in my life, I was going to pursue my creative passions professionally and support myself through creative means. Unfortunately, the harsh world we live in dampened that dream for me and turned me toward a more serious career (therapy). It wasn’t until college that I started thinking about being a professional creative again. I realized that I didn’t have to choose between a “realistic” career and my passions. I could do both.

So, here I am doing both!!!

This blog is going to be a learning process for me which means there are going to be boundless happy little accidents in store and a lot of chaos. But, at the end of the day, creativity is full of both, so I think I’m on the right track.

My hope is that this blog will support my creative passions (in more of a mental way than physical) and help me to find just how far my creativity can go. And if I help others find their creativity along the way, that’ll be great too.
